How it works

Our Building Process

Step 1: Create Floor Plan

Tim Palone is a registered Architect in Oklahoma that started his career in 2003 working on projects from all sectors and genres.

Tim Palone starts every project large or small with the same approach—listening. Utilizing today's technology, 3D models and plans are generated to solidify a design that answers all of the clients needs and wishes. From there final documentation is prepared to transfer vision to reality. Through this proven process Tim has built a portfolio of successful projects and gratified clients.

Step 2: Oversee the Build

PCC was founded by Chris Preston in 2016. Chris is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma with over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience.

Luxury design and build? Building on your own land? Remodeling, adding-on, or tearing it down and starting from scratch? We’ve got you covered. No matter the size or type of residential construction job, we at PCC approach every project with the same respect for our client and attention to detail. We demand nothing but the highest quality from our sub-contractors. Know your home and family are in good hands when working with PCC.

Each job deserves the same attention to detail.
